On's Chinese Kitchen: The Ultimate Destination for Authentic Chinese Takeout in Pleasantville

Fast easy cheap meal, can’t go wrong with Chinese takeout. Parking is a little tough without a lot. But location is good. There was not a problem ordering the food. The brown sauce was a little light on the flavor. The pepper steak was good, guess when they add the oyster sauce into the brown sauce made it better. The Singapore noodle was very tasty. But the pork fried rice was off. Overall a nice quick meal, $66 for 4 ppl, not bad.

Since moving to the area I've been told many times to try On's. We just tried it for lunch the other day and was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, much better than other Chinese places. I had general tso's with white rice and a won ton soup and even the soup was amazing. They only take cash and the food is expensive but worth it.

I never write reviews…but this place deserves it. Food is made properly and tastes really good with good ingredients; NOT doused with heavy soy sauce and corn starch everywhere like most other Chinese takeouts these days. You know it’s good when a simple mixed vegetables has many various types of vegis and tofu, and the fried rice has that charred look/taste to each rice grain. This place reminds me of exactly the kind of Chinese takeout out food I’d find 15years ago in Manhattan. Hope these owners keep the same level quality

Hands down the best Chinese food I've had. I went to pace university for 4 years and this was one of my favorite restaurants.They have the best Crab lagoon/ fried cheese wanton, fried chicken and fried rice. I have tried crab rangoon at so many other restaurants and none can compare to Ons. I aways get disappointed. I was pregnant a few weeks ago and had the worst craving for the wanton. I drove over an hour to get it every time and wanted to cry tears of joy. The only downsides are that they only take cash, the place looks so old and the bathroom is dirty.

Our go to spot for Chinese food, eaten through the whole menu and everything is great. Reasonable prices and solid portions. Always pleased with our meal!

By far my favorite place to get Chinese food in westchester. We love the chicken wings and fried rice.

Nice people and great food. Been ordering about once a week for years. Consistently good. Bumped into Bill Clinton there. Their pork fried rice is great and their combo platters are a good deal.
